Connection to Canvas is having issues

Auburn’s connection to Canvas is spotty at best.

Instructure has confirmed that an Amazon Web Services network issue is the root cause. Instructure is working with AWS to fix the problem.

Update from Instructure:

The AWS network issue that has been causing slowness for some Canvas users continues. But our Operations team has routed around the problem and all Canvas users should now be seeing normal performance.

We will continue to monitor the AWS issue and take appropriate measures to ensure that Canvas performance stays strong.
