What about courses in Blackboard that aren’t set up in Canvas yet? How can I move them?

If you are teaching the course Spring 2013, you will have an opportunity to copy your content from Blackboard into Canvas. If you are not teaching a course during Fall 2012 or Spring 2013, please contact IMG; we’ll arrange for a course space to move those courses into so you won’t lose them.

Individual assistance is always available, and we will be scheduling more workshops once Spring courses have been loaded into Canvas (after registration, late October).

Please don’t hesitate to call IMG (844-5181) if you have questions or concerns.

Representatives from Panopto, Auburn’s lecture capture software system, will be on campus to demonstrate and provide training on April 27, from 9 am until 4 pm. Six sessions on different topics will be offered. Space is limited; registration for the sessions is required. Registration for the IMG September Workshops is now open. We are offering more Blackboard Quick Start sessions, Beyond the (Blackboard) Basics, Narrated PowerPoint, Teaching with PowerPoint, and Webdesign for Beginners workshops in the IMG Classroom,0015B Haley. Podcasting with GarageBand will be held in the new IMG Mac classroom, 0301B Haley Center. Dates, times, and registration information are available on the IMG Workshops tab on the IMG homepage.
